Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are established by MMP Co., Ltd. (“the Company”) to define the copyright ownership and usage rights of all content provided on the 3DES website (3desstudio.com, hereinafter referred to as “3DES”). By accessing or using 3DES, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms.

Article 1. Purpose

The purpose of these Terms of Service (“Terms”) is to set forth the terms and conditions, procedures, rights and obligations, and other necessary matters governing the use of services provided by MMP Co., Ltd. (“the Company”) through the 3DES website.

Article 2. Effect and Amendment of the Terms

1.These Terms shall take effect when they are posted on the 3DES website or notified to members via email.
2.Members who register false information or use another person’s information are not entitled to claim any rights related to the use of the service and may be subject to sanctions under these Terms or relevant laws.
3.When the Company revises these Terms, the effective date and reason for amendment shall be clearly stated and announced on 3DES at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date. However, if the revision is unfavorable to members, the Company shall provide prior notice of at least thirty (30) days, showing both the previous and the revised versions for comparison.
4.If a member does not agree to the amended Terms, they may terminate their membership (withdraw from the service). If the member continues to use the service after the effective date of the revised Terms, they shall be deemed to have agreed to the changes. The Company shall not be liable for any damages resulting from a member’s failure to recognize the amended Terms.
5.Matters not specified in these Terms and the interpretation thereof shall be governed by relevant laws and regulations, including the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, the Act on the Regulation of Terms and Conditions, the Guidelines for Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce prescribed by the Fair Trade Commission, the Framework Act on Telecommunications, the Telecommunications Business Act, the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, the Youth Protection Act, or by general commercial practices.
6.These Terms shall take effect upon being posted on the 3DES website or notified to members via email.

Article 3. Definitions

1.“Member” (also referred to as “User”) means an individual who has entered into a service agreement with the Company and has been issued a Member ID in order to receive the Service.
2.“Service Agreement” means the contract entered into between the Company and a Member for the purpose of receiving the Service.
3.“Member (or User) ID” means a combination of letters and numbers selected by the Member and approved or issued by the Company, used for identification and access to the Service.
4.“Password” means a combination of letters and numbers selected by the Member to verify their identity corresponding to the Member ID and to protect the Member’s rights and interests.
5.“Termination” means the act of discontinuing the Service Agreement between the Company and the Member.
6.“Service” means any and all activities involving the use of the 3DES website operated by the Company or the use of the 3DES program downloaded and utilized by the Member.
7.“Anti-Abuse Protection” means the process of displaying and regularly updating security or verification codes to prevent unauthorized use of the content provided by the Company.

Article 4. Formation of the Service Agreement

1.The Service Agreement is established when an individual who wishes to use the 3DES Service agrees to these Terms and completes the membership registration.
2.When a user checks the designated boxes or clicks the consent button during registration, it is deemed that they have agreed to these Terms as set by the Company.
3.The Company may request real-name verification or identity authentication from a Member when necessary, and such procedures and methods shall comply with these Terms and applicable laws and regulations.

Article 5. Application for Service Use

1.A person who wishes to register as a Member and use the Service must provide the information requested by the Company. The Company shall manage the information provided by the Member in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
2.If a Member uses another person’s information or registers false information, they shall not be entitled to claim any rights related to the use of the Service and may be subject to sanctions under these Terms or punishment in accordance with applicable laws.
3.A Member or an applicant for membership must complete identity verification through email authentication.
4.If a Member applies for the Service by using another person’s information (email), their Member ID may be deleted.
5.The Company may take verification measures regarding the information registered by the Member, and the Member shall actively cooperate with such verification measures.
6.The Company may classify Members using the Service as paid Members, and among paid Members, service levels may be further categorized by usage type, with differences in features and scope of service applied accordingly.

Article 6. Protection and Use of Personal Information

1.The Company shall make every effort to protect the personal information of its Members, and such information shall be handled in accordance with applicable laws and the Company’s Privacy Policy. However, the Company’s Privacy Policy does not apply to any linked websites operated by third parties.
2.The Company may provide a Member’s personal information to third parties within the scope permitted by law in the following cases.
  • ① When the Company receives a request for information from an investigative or other governmental authority.
  • ② When necessary for information security or fraud prevention purposes, including the investigation of violations of laws or these Terms by a Member.
  • ③ When required by law.

Article 7. Restrictions on Use

1.The Company may restrict a Member’s use of the Service or revoke its approval of use in any of the following cases.
  • ① When a Member registers using another person’s email authentication information.
  • ② When the Service is used for fraudulent or improper purposes.
  • ③ When the Service is used for purposes that violate laws or undermine public order and morality.
  • ④ When the Service is used for purposes that violate the intent of the Youth Protection Act.
  • ⑤ When the Service is used for any purpose that violates applicable laws or regulations.
  • ⑥ When a Member in a competitive relationship with 3DES uses the Service with the intent to harm the interests of the Company.

2.The Company may restrict a Member’s use of the Service if any of the following situations occur, until the cause is resolved. However, for paid Members, the provisions of Article 12 (Payment Cancellation and Refunds) shall apply.
  • ① When the Company’s facilities, such as servers, networks, or storage devices, lack sufficient capacity or resources.
  • ② When a technical malfunction occurs in the software and cannot be resolved within a short period of time.
  • ③ When the use of the Service becomes difficult due to reasons attributable to the Company.

However, for paid Members, the provisions of Article 11 (Payment Cancellation and Refunds) shall apply.

Article 8. Assignment and Modification of User ID

1.The Company shall assign a Member ID to each user in accordance with the provisions of these Terms.
2.In principle, a Member ID cannot be changed. If a Member wishes to change their ID due to unavoidable circumstances, the existing ID must be terminated and a new registration must be completed.
3.A Member ID may be linked with other Member IDs used on websites operated by the Company, with the Member’s consent.
4.A Member ID may be changed or its use suspended, either at the Member’s request or at the Company’s discretion, in any of the following cases.

5.The Member is responsible for managing their Member ID and password. The Member shall be solely liable for any loss of service or unauthorized use by a third party resulting from negligence in managing their ID or password, and the Company shall not be held liable for any such matters.
6.All other matters related to the management and modification of a Member’s personal information shall be governed by the Privacy Policy within the Service.

Article 9. Obligations of the Company

1.The Company shall provide the Service on the commencement date requested by the user, unless there are exceptional circumstances such as natural disasters that make it impossible to continue providing the Service.
2.In order to provide continuous and stable service, the Company shall, unless there are unavoidable circumstances, promptly repair or restore any equipment failure that occurs.
3.The Company shall publicly disclose and comply with its Privacy Policy to ensure the protection of personal information.
4.If a Member’s opinion or complaint is objectively deemed legitimate, the Company shall promptly address it through appropriate procedures. If immediate resolution is difficult, the Company shall notify the Member of the reason and the expected timeline for handling the matter.

Article 10. Obligations of Members

1.Members must provide accurate and truthful information when applying for membership or modifying their account details. If it is found that false or another person’s information has been used, the Member shall have no right to claim any privileges related to the use of the Service.
2.Members shall comply with these Terms, all other rules established by the Company, public notices, and applicable laws and regulations. Members must not interfere with the Company’s business operations, damage its reputation, or cause harm to others.
3.Members are responsible for managing their assigned ID and password. Any issues arising from negligence in such management shall be the sole responsibility of the Member.
4.A member shall not, without the Company’s express consent, transfer, assign, or otherwise grant to any third party the right to use the Service or any contractual status under these Terms, nor use them as collateral.
5.A member shall not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of the Company or any third party.
6.If the applicant for a paid membership is under the age of 14, the consent of a legal representative or guardian must be obtained in accordance with the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, etc.
7.A member shall not engage in any of the following acts. If a member commits any of these acts, the Company may impose sanctions, including restrictions on the use of the Service and legal actions.
  • ① Act of providing false information when applying for membership or modifying member information
  • ② Act of stealing or using another member’s ID, password, or other credentials.
  • ③ Act of impersonating the Company’s management, employees, or affiliates.
  • ④ Act of hacking the Company’s servers, arbitrarily altering any part or all of the website or posted information, or using the Company’s services in an abnormal manner without special authorization from the Company.
  • ⑤ Act of exploiting bugs in the Company's software.
  • ⑥ Act of obtaining paid membership rights by improper means.
  • ⑦ Act of damaging or intentionally interfering with the Service.
  • ⑧ Act of conducting business activities using the Service without the Company’s prior approval.
  • ⑨ Act of transmitting, posting, or distributing through 3DES any content that infringes upon another person’s patents, trademarks, trade secrets, copyrights, or other intellectual property rights.
  • ⑩ Act of transmitting, posting, or distributing through 3DES any information, text, images, sounds, or videos that are obscene, indecent, or otherwise violate the Juvenile Protection Act or the Criminal Act.
  • ⑪ Act of transmitting, posting, or distributing through 3DES any content that is highly insulting or personal in nature and may infringe upon another person’s honor or privacy.
  • ⑫ Act of harassing or threatening another member, or continuously causing distress or discomfort to a specific member.
  • ⑬ Act of collecting or storing other members’ personal information without the Company’s approval.
  • ⑭ Act that can be objectively deemed to be connected with a crime.
  • ⑮ Act of violating these Terms or any other notices and regulations announced by the Company on 3DES.
  • ⑯ Act that violates any other applicable laws or regulations.

Article 11. Payment Cancellation and Refund

1.Paid services purchased by a member are non-refundable due to the nature of digital content. However, in the following cases, a refund or a free extension of the service period will be provided.
  • ① If a member purchases a paid service but has not used it and requests contract termination within 7 days of purchase, payment cancellation and refund will be processed. However, this does not apply to “plan upgrades.”
  • ② If a member has purchased a paid service but the service is suspended or experiences disruptions for more than three consecutive days without prior notice at least 24 hours in advance, or if the total accumulated suspension or disruption time exceeds 72 hours within one month, the member may request a refund or a free extension of the suspended period if the Company is clearly at fault. In the event that a service interruption lasting more than four hours causes damage to the member, the service period will be extended free of charge by three times the duration of the interruption or disruption.
  • ③ If a member has purchased a paid service and the Company has provided prior notice of service suspension or disruption due to reasons such as server maintenance, but the suspension or disruption lasts longer than 10 hours, the service period will be extended free of charge for the excess duration.
  • ④ In other cases separately determined by the Company for consumer protection, if there is a dispute regarding the duration of service suspension or disruption, the time shall be calculated from the moment the consumer notifies the Company. However, if the suspension or disruption is caused by force majeure (such as natural disasters) or the consumer’s own fault, the corresponding time shall be excluded from the calculation of service suspension or disruption duration.
2.If a member requests a refund under Paragraph 1 above, the refund will be processed after completing the proper procedures. However, in the case of refunds under Item ① of Paragraph 1, the refund amount will be paid after deducting the payment gateway fee from the total amount to be refunded to the member.
3.If a minor makes a payment through fraudulent means, such as using another adult’s resident registration number to sign up for membership or using an adult’s payment information without consent, no refund will be issued.
4.The refund account must be in the name of the payer, and the account holder’s name must match the name of the person who made the payment.
5.The following cases are excluded from eligibility for a refund.
  • ① When the purchase was made free of charge through an event or a free coupon.
  • ② When the purchase was made illegally, such as through payment theft or unauthorized use.

Article 12. Refund Procedure

1.Refund requests under Article 11 (Payment Cancellation and Refund) of these Terms shall be submitted through the 3DES Customer Support Center via one-on-one inquiry or by email.
2.Members must request payment cancellation or refund through the 3DES Customer Support Center, and the Company will process the request through the prescribed procedures.
3.Upon the member’s request for a refund, the Company shall process the refund within seven business days. If a refund cannot be made, the Company will notify the member in advance. For payment methods that require confirmation of receipt, the refund will be processed within seven business days from the date of confirmation.
4.If a refund is delayed under the procedure set forth in Paragraph 3, the Company shall pay the member the refund amount along with the delay compensation in accordance with the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc.

Article 13. Refund of Overcharged Amounts

1.If an overcharge occurs due to reasons attributable to the Company, the full amount of the overcharge will be refunded. If the overcharge occurs due to reasons attributable to the member, the refund will be processed in accordance with Paragraph 2 of Article 11 (Payment Cancellation and Refund).

Article 14. Paid Services

1.Paid services refer to subscription plans in which the member prepays the fee for a specified period and uses the service during that period. The subscription periods are divided into 1 month, 6 months, and 12 months, with one month defined as 30 days. Members must comply with the terms and conditions set forth in the respective plan and payment service.
2.Paid services may offer different pricing plans, such as “Basic” and “Pro,” depending on the features provided, and members may upgrade to a higher plan through a “plan upgrade.”
3.In the case of a “plan upgrade,” the upgraded plan takes effect immediately upon payment, regardless of the remaining period of the current plan, and the service period is renewed from the payment date according to the duration of the upgraded plan.
4.The Company may change the prices and policies of paid services without prior notice; however, such changes will not apply to existing paid subscribers during their current subscription period.
5.Members may make payments for paid services using any of the payment methods designated by the Company.
6.Paid members may not transfer, sell, or lend their rights to use paid services to any third party.

Article 15. Joint Services

1.For the purpose of improving its services, 3DES may enter into partnership agreements with professional service providers and jointly offer services in collaboration with such partners.

Article 16. Service Hours

1.Unless there are special business or technical issues, the Service shall, in principle, be available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. However, the Company may temporarily suspend the Service on days or at times designated for regular system inspections, upgrades, or replacements, and any scheduled interruptions due to such maintenance will be announced in advance on the 3DES website.
2.The Company may temporarily suspend the Service without prior notice due to unavoidable reasons such as urgent system inspections, expansions, or replacements, and may also permanently discontinue the current Service for reasons deemed appropriate, including replacement with a new service.
3.If normal service provision becomes impossible due to a national emergency, power outage, service facility failure, or excessive service demand, the Company may restrict or suspend all or part of the Service. In such cases, the Company shall notify members of the reason and duration of the suspension either in advance or afterward.

Article 17. Copyright

1.All services and “design elements” provided by 3DES are copyrighted by the Company or its contracted partners. Therefore, members may use the services and “design elements” only in the manner permitted under the 3DES License Policy and may not sell or deliver them in any editable or redistributable form in violation thereof.
2.If a member infringes upon another person’s copyright, all legal responsibility for such infringement shall rest solely with the member who committed the act.

Article 18. Provision of Information

1.The Company may provide members with various types of information deemed necessary for the use of the Service through website announcements, email, mobile notifications, or other appropriate means.
2.For the purposes of adding or improving services, or introducing services to members, the Company may request additional personal information with the member’s consent.

Article 19. Advertising and Transactions with Advertisers

1.Members who use the Company’s services are deemed to have consented to the display of advertisements shown during their use of the Service.
2.The Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from a member’s participation in, communication with, or transactions resulting from promotional activities of advertisers displayed on or through the Service.

Article 20. Restriction of Service Use

1.The Company may restrict a member’s use of the Service without prior notice if the member violates Article 14 of these Terms or engages in any of the following acts.
  • ① Use of obscene or vulgar IDs or nicknames that offend public morals.
  • ② When another member’s ID or password has been stolen or used without authorization.
  • ③ When a member registers for membership using another person’s information without authorization.
  • ④ When a member severely insults another member or disrupts the use of the Service.
  • ⑤ When a member damages or intentionally interferes with the Service.
  • ⑥ When a member engages in any other conduct that disrupts the normal operation of the Service.
  • ⑦ When a member transmits or posts information prohibited under the Juvenile Protection Act or other applicable laws.
  • ⑧ When there is a corrective order or request from the Korea Communications Commission or another relevant public authority.
  • ⑨ When a member violates these Terms or any other rules or conditions established by the Company.
  • ⑩ When a member engages in any act that violates other applicable laws or regulations.
2.Restrictions on the use of the Service are classified into temporary suspension, permanent suspension, and termination of the user agreement.
3.The Company shall notify users subject to service restrictions of the details of the restriction via mobile communication and provide an opportunity to explain within seven days. If a valid reason for objection is recognized, the restriction may be lifted.
4.If a paid member proves, within the period designated by the Company for explanation, that the restriction was not due to their intent or negligence, the Company shall extend the service period by the duration of the restriction.

Article 21. Modification and Termination of Agreement

1. A member may terminate the service agreement by contacting the customer center via telephone.
  • ① The customer center’s contact number and email address are provided at the bottom (footer) of the 3DES website.
  • ② The termination shall take effect within 30 days from the date of the request.
  • ③ Once termination is completed, the same account cannot be re-registered, and all member information will be permanently deleted and cannot be restored.
2. For paid members, no refund will be provided upon termination, even if there is remaining paid usage period.

Article 22. Dispute Resolution

1. The Company may convene and operate a compensation review committee, when necessary, to address legitimate opinions or complaints raised by members and to provide appropriate compensation for any resulting damages.
2. The Company gives priority to handling complaints and opinions submitted by members. However, if prompt processing is difficult, the Company will notify the member of the reason and the expected timeline for resolution.
3. In the event of an e-commerce dispute between the Company and a member, if the member files a request for relief, the matter may be resolved in accordance with the mediation procedures of the dispute resolution agency designated by the Fair Trade Commission or the governor of the relevant city or province.

Article 23. Compensation for Damages

1. The Company shall be liable for any damages incurred by a member in connection with the use of services provided by the Company, if such damages result from the Company’s willful misconduct or negligence.
2. If a service interruption caused by the Company’s willful misconduct or negligence occurs for more than four consecutive hours without prior notice, the Company shall compensate paid members in accordance with Article 12 (Payment Cancellation and Refund).
3. When the Company provides individual services through partnership agreements and the member agrees to the terms of use for such individual services, any damages arising from the fault of the individual service provider shall be the responsibility of that provider.

Article 24. Disclaimer

1.The Company shall not be held liable for any failure to provide services due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, wars, or other circumstances beyond its control.
2.The Company shall not be held liable for any damages arising from the suspension or malfunction of telecommunication services provided by the telecommunications service provider.
3.The Company shall not be held liable for any damages resulting from maintenance, replacement, regular inspection, or construction work of service-related facilities when such actions are unavoidable.
4.The Company shall not be responsible for any service disruptions or damages resulting from reasons attributable to the member.
5.The Company shall not be liable for any damages resulting from the member’s computer errors or from the member’s failure to provide accurate personal information.
6.The Company shall not be liable for any damages arising from data or materials obtained by the member through the use of the services. Furthermore, the Company shall not be responsible for compensating any mental or material damages suffered by a member as a result of interactions with other members while using the services.
7.The Company shall not be responsible for the reliability, accuracy, or meaning of any content, posts, or materials registered within 3DES.
8.The Company has no obligation to intervene in any disputes that arise between members or between a member and a third party through the services, nor shall it be liable for any damages resulting from such disputes.
9.The 3DES website may experience hardware or software errors. While the Company makes every effort to prevent such errors, it shall not be liable for any damages resulting from the loss of work or data caused by these errors.
10.The Company shall not be liable for any damages arising from the loss of member data, material or psychological harm, or business interruption caused by service failures or communication disruptions that make 3DES unavailable.
11.3DES may modify the content, software, or posts on the website without prior notice.

Article 25. Jurisdiction and Governing Law

1.Matters not specified in these Terms shall be governed by the applicable laws and regulations.
2.Paid members of the Company’s services shall also be subject to any additional terms and policies separately established by the Company.
3.In the event of a lawsuit arising from the use of the services, the court having jurisdiction over the Company’s location shall be the competent court.
4.Laws of the Republic of Korea shall apply to any e-commerce lawsuits filed between the Company and members.

[Supplementary Provisions]

These Terms and Conditions shall take effect from October 14, 2025.

This policy applies to 3DES (3desstudio.com), a website operated by MMP Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"), and complies with all relevant privacy protection laws, including the Personal Information Protection Act, the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection (hereinafter "the Information and Communications Network Act"), as well as all related regulations, notices, directives, and guidelines issued by relevant national authorities.

  • In the event of a personal information breach, users are informed whom to contact and what assistance can be obtained to prevent further damage and to remediate any harm that has already occurred.

2.Methods of Collection
  • Personal information entered directly by users during membership registration and service usage on the 3DES website is collected.
  • Personal information entered by users may be collected through web pages, email, fax, or telephone during consultation via 1:1 inquiries to the customer center.
  • When users log in through partner accounts or participate in partner events, personal information may be provided by the partner.
  • Information such as usage records may be automatically collected during the user’s use of the services.

Article 3. Purpose of Using Personal Information

1.Fulfillment of service provision contracts and billing related to service provision
  • Content delivery, purchase, and other payment services
2.Member Management
  • Identity verification, personal identification, and prevention of unauthorized use or abuse by problematic members in connection with membership services
  • Handling of complaints and other inquiries, and delivery of notifications
3.Utilization for marketing and advertising: development and specialization of new services or products, delivery of promotional information such as events, provision of services and advertisement placement based on demographic characteristics, analysis of access frequency, and statistics on members’ service usage.

Article 4. Retention Period, Use, and Procedures for Destruction of Personal Information

When a member withdraws or when the purpose of collecting and using personal information has been achieved, the member’s personal information shall be promptly destroyed. However, personal information may be retained exceptionally for the reasons and periods specified below.

1) Prevention of re-registration by problematic users, prevention of unauthorized use, and handling of other complaints
  • Retention Period: 6 months after member withdrawal (however, in the case of complaint handling, until the complaint is resolved)
  • Retained Information: ID, Registration Date, Withdrawal Date
2) Service Improvement
  • Retention Period: 1 month from the date of collection
  • Retained Information: Inquiry content and metadata uploaded by the member during service use
2. When a member directly requests the retention of personal information or when the Company has obtained the member’s individual consent
1) Retention Period and Information: Retained only for the items and duration requested or consented to by the member, for the specified period

4.Destruction Procedure
Information entered by users for purposes such as membership registration is transferred to a separate database (or a separate filing system for paper documents) once the purpose is fulfilled. It is then stored for a certain period in accordance with internal policies and other applicable laws regarding information protection (see retention and usage periods) before being destroyed. Personal information transferred to a separate database will not be used for purposes other than retention, except as required by law.
5.Methods of Destruction
Personal information stored in electronic file formats is deleted using technical methods that make the records irrecoverable. Personal information printed on paper is destroyed by shredding or incineration.

Article 5 (Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties)

1.In principle, the Company does not provide users' personal information to external parties. However, the following cases are exceptions.
1)When users have given prior consent
  • Retention Period and Information Retained: Retained only for the items and period requested or consented to by the member, for the duration of that period.
  • In cases where other laws provide specific provisions

Article 6 (Outsourcing of Personal Information Handling)

1.The Company outsources personal information processing tasks to external service providers to improve services and ensure smooth fulfillment of contractual obligations. The Company does not outsource your information to external providers without your consent. If such a need arises in the future, we will notify you of the outsourced parties and the details of the tasks, and obtain prior consent if necessary, or provide notice through this Privacy Policy.

Article 7 (Rights of Users and Legal Representatives and How to Exercise Them)

1.Users and their legal representatives may, at any time, access or correct their own personal information or that of children under the age of 14, and may also request account termination.
2.To access or modify personal information of a user or a child under 14, click "Edit Profile." To terminate membership (withdraw consent), click "Delete Account" and complete the identity verification process to directly view, correct, or delete the information. Alternatively, you may contact the Personal Information Manager in writing, by phone, or by email, and we will take action without delay.
3.If you request a correction of inaccurate personal information, such information will not be used or provided until the correction is completed. If the incorrect personal information has already been provided to a third party, the correction result will be promptly communicated to the third party to ensure the correction is made.
4.The Company does not collect personal information of children under the age of 14. However, if personal information of a child under 14 is processed despite the Company’s policy, the child’s legal representative may exercise the rights described in Paragraphs 1 and 2 at any time.

Article 8 (Installation, Operation, and Refusal of Automatic Personal Information Collection Devices)

1. Purpose of Using Cookies
1)The Company uses cookies to store information about users and retrieve it as needed to provide personalized services. Cookies are small pieces of information sent by the website server to the user's browser and stored on the user's computer hard drive.
2)The Company can provide certain personalized services that are only possible through the use of cookies.
3)The Company may use cookies to identify members and maintain their login status.
2. Installation, Operation, and Rejection of Cookies
1)Users have the option to accept or decline cookies. By adjusting the settings in their web browser, users can choose to allow or block all cookies, or to be notified each time a cookie is stored.

The Company makes every effort to ensure that users can safely use its services. Users may report any privacy-related complaints concerning the use of the Company's services to the designated department, and the Company responds to such reports promptly and diligently.

Article 10 (Outsourcing of Personal Information Handling)

If any additions, deletions, or modifications are made to this Privacy Policy, notice will be provided at least 7 days in advance through the "Notices" section. However, in the event of significant changes affecting users' rights, such as changes to the types of personal information collected or the purposes of use, notice will be provided on the website at least 30 days in advance. User consent may be obtained again if necessary.
