MMP Co., Ltd., operating 3DES (hereinafter "the Company"), values the protection of personal information of members using its online service, 3DES, and always strives to safeguard members’ personal data. The Privacy Policy carries the following important purposes:

When users log in through partner accounts or participate in partner events, personal information may be provided by the partner.

Information such as usage records may be automatically collected during the user’s use of the services.

Article 4. Retention Period, Use, and Procedures for Destruction of Personal Information
When a member withdraws or when the purpose of collecting and using personal information has been achieved, the member’s personal information shall be promptly destroyed. However, personal information may be retained exceptionally for the reasons and periods specified below.

4.Destruction Procedure
Information entered by users for purposes such as membership registration is transferred to a separate database (or a separate filing system for paper documents) once the purpose is fulfilled. It is then stored for a certain period in accordance with internal policies and other applicable laws regarding information protection (see retention and usage periods) before being destroyed. Personal information transferred to a separate database will not be used for purposes other than retention, except as required by law.
5.Methods of Destruction
Personal information stored in electronic file formats is deleted using technical methods that make the records irrecoverable. Personal information printed on paper is destroyed by shredding or incineration.
Article 5 (Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties)
1.In principle, the Company does not provide users' personal information to external parties. However, the following cases are exceptions.

If such a need arises in the future, we will notify you of the outsourced parties and the details of the tasks, and obtain prior consent if necessary, or provide notice through this Privacy Policy.

Article 7 (Rights of Users and Legal Representatives and How to Exercise Them)
1.Users and their legal representatives may, at any time, access or correct their own personal information or that of children under the age of 14, and may also request account termination.
2.To access or modify personal information of a user or a child under 14, click "Edit Profile." To terminate membership (withdraw consent), click "Delete Account" and complete the identity verification process to directly view, correct, or delete the information. Alternatively, you may contact the Personal Information Manager in writing, by phone, or by email, and we will take action without delay.
3.If you request a correction of inaccurate personal information, such information will not be used or provided until the correction is completed. If the incorrect personal information has already been provided to a third party, the correction result will be promptly communicated to the third party to ensure the correction is made.
4.The Company does not collect personal information of children under the age of 14. However, if personal information of a child under 14 is processed despite the Company’s policy, the child’s legal representative may exercise the rights described in Paragraphs 1 and 2 at any time.
